Inn At I'On, An Ascend Collection Hotel - Mount Pleasant

Marvellous location next door to Shelmore Shopping Center. A microwave oven, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the perfect bed. The staff was ACCOMMODATING, breakfast was wonderful.

I stayed in this absolutely great hotel for 2 days, had incredible experience, liked its excellent location near to the beaches downtown Charleston and local restaurants and Charleston from the Inn and a pub with good food and drinks...

Inconsistent hot water in the morning!!! Navigating the hotel could use clearer signage!!! The occasional odd smells can be off-putting!!! Room choices lack good views !!!

The room was spacious, but the breakfast lacked seasoning and variety.

This charming inn offers a cozy atmosphere. I especially appreciated the clean, well-maintained room. The staff's personalized attention. Breakfast from the onsite restaurant was good, though I wish there were more options available. Guest access to the dining area should be prioritized for future visits!

The modern suite had a cozy kitchenette which was perfect. I appreciated the large bathroom with comfy bathrobes. Breakfast being delivered from the attached restaurant was a convenient option. The charming decor throughout the Inn created a cute atmosphere.

The comfortable accommodations allowed me to relax after exploring the local area, though the breakfast failed to impress with dry sandwiches. A lovely value experience.

Check-in felt a bit disorganized, which took away from my initial excitement. Once inside, the King Room Non-Smoking impressed me with its cozy, inviting atmosphere. The decor added a homey feel, made me relax instantly. My room included a comfortable sitting area. I loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel, showcasing well-maintained furnishings. The location provided easy access to charming coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. I faced a few hiccups with the breakfast from the attached restaurant. The sandwiches were a letdown-dry bread and soggy hash browns without any salt or pepper made it less enjoyable. It was a shame that access to the dining area for a pre-dinner cocktail was restricted due to a private event. This experience felt frustrating, especially since I was looking forward to enjoying the space. Despite this, I'd be open to returning, especially for the friendly service I experienced and the comfort of the room.

I enjoyed the grilled brioche with bananas and pecans for brunch, and it was really delicious. Check if the restaurant has any private events scheduled during your stay to avoid disappointment.

The location is fantastic, with free onsite parking available, and the bed was comfortable in a peaceful room with a balcony, the staff was incredibly friendly.

The location here is amazing and the on-site parking was convenient; I had a great time and would definitely return in the future.
